HM Treasury in the UK has reiterated that the Vienna agreement reached on 14 July 2015, if successfully implemented, “will ensure the exclusively peaceful nature of the Iranian nuclear programme and provide for the lifting of all nuclear-related sanctions”. In the mean time, however, EU “sanctions against Iran …  including the current thresholds for prior notification or prior notification of Iran transfers are unchanged”, and that its guidance making clear that “the UK government does not encourage trade with, or investment in Iran, and has withdrawn all commercial support for trade” remains in force.
