ISYF de-listed from EU blacklist

The EU has delisted the International Sikh Youth Federation from its terrorist asset freezing sanctions.  The ISYF’s delisting follows a decision by the UK to remove ISYF from its list of proscribed organisations under the Terrorism Act 2000 (see previous blog).

See Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/620 implementing Regulation (EC) 2580/2001 and Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/628 amending Common Position 2001/931/CFSP and Decision (CFSP) 2015/2430.  HM Treasury’s notice is here.
