Lords to hear evidence on sanctions listings

imagevaulthandler-aspxMaya Lester QC is giving evidence to the House of Lords EU Justice Sub-Committee on the legality of the EU sanctions listing process on 11th October 2016 at 11 am.  Details here.  The sub-committee is interested in issues including the reasons for court annulments, the fairness of the listing and re-listing processes, the role of parliamentary scrutiny in the listing process.
